After much research, we chose Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Toppers to replace our 26 year old roof. Dennison was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had several quotes done. Sam the Install Manager did the most through inspection during the estimate process. He was the only one who actually looked in the attic and verified ventilation needs during the estimate process. We are very happy with the finished product. There were a few minor glitches with the scheduling, but they worked extra to adapt and get it done. The supervisor was even working with a sore ankle, and still made sure to complete the gutters. We really noticed the difference in our house with the first heavy rain. All of the water went exactly where it was supposed to go!

Scott and his team pay attention to all the details when it comes to roof installation. Our old roof was less than 10 years old but didn’t have proper ventilation which caused it to degrade sooner. Although they cost a bit more than the competition it’s worth knowing the roof is done right.
I am very pleased with the work this company, they installed new Gutters, Downspout and Gutter Covers to my home. The quality is good, a great value, done with professionalism and in a very timely manner. I recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of work on their homes.
