I worked with Kira for my recent home purchase. This was my fourth time buying a house and I can say without reservation that she is the only realtor I have worked with that I would recommend and happily use again. She is experienced, knowledgeable, personable, a good communicator, and an excellent negotiator. She's also just a lovely person. I literally can't say enough good things about my experience with her.

Jeff Capen has been my RE guru for almost 20 years. He and his team helped me buy my first investment property in 2007 and a second one in 2011. Over the past 2 years he has helped me sell both properties. The last property even needed considerable renovations before going to market, which he coordinated and managed at no additional expense on my behalf.
