Super friendly and professional, went above and beyond, and very upfront and transparent about costs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, would 100% recommend.
They do not respect scheduled time. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. When I told her that I am going to leave if they cannot see me within 15 minutes she was staring at me. She told me: we cannot guarantee scheduled time. I asked: why do you have appointments then? I choose to leave my money, time and loyalty to someone who respects my time.
I had a great experience with Dr. Tenenboym and his team. He took the time to really assess what was going on with my feet and gave me a clear explanation of why surgery wasn’t the best first option in my case. Instead of rushing into something invasive, he recommended custom orthotics based on how my feet move and my specific structure. He was honest, informative, and made me feel confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who prioritizes long-term solutions over quick fixes.
Dr. Tenenboym is an incredible podiatrist and I am incredibly grateful I found his services! I had been misdiagnosed in the past so for years I had pain and trouble walking. Right away he diagnosed my issue, and then used x-rays to confirm the diagnosis (which is not something other podiatrists have done in the past), then he fitted me for orthotics while explaining the issue in a very simple way and why the treatment would be effective. Paid $800 for inserts and my foot hurts equally as bad as before. Nice guy. Nice staff. But, to be honest- wasted $800 and it didnt help me at all.
