STAY AWAY! This man did a bankruptcy over 20 years ago for me on 3 properties. 2 of which went through and the other one seems to have fallen through the cracks and is now showing up on a report when I go to get a mortgage. I called his office to get a copy of the bankruptcy to see how this could have happened as I no longer have the paperwork. He said he would need to request them since they are so old and he wanted a $500 retainer just so he can pull the records yet we already paid him years ago for the bankruptcy. He then... read more
I am guessing the positive reviews for Mr. Spyra are paid reviews or family and friends. My experience was quite the opposite. He didn't do what we asked of him. Had his own plan which consisted of waiting and doing nothing. He wasted our money and worse our time. He is either incompetent or plain corrupt. Either way, I would avoid him. I am having to get another attorney now to handle what we hired him 6 months ago to do. Thanks Dennis, you get one star because zero stars was not an option.
Do not go to this criminal. Around 2005 me and my GF at the time went to this.. man's office when he was in Belle Vernon to hire him in a legal matter. Not only did we pay this.. man.. upfront. He took all the evidence we had about our case and I never heard back from him. He filled no papers at the clerk's office, didn't do anything but seen is in his office which was a free first visit consultation, took our money, a folder with all our evidence to fight the case.
