Happy camper This place is honest, cheap, and friendly. As I pulled up onto the lot, I was greeted right away, and asked what was the problem with my car. I already knew what was wrong with my car. since I had gone to other places and checked online what was the problem with the place. They offered the lowest price that all the other competitors had, and didn't try to sell me anything else. (there was something wrong with my brakes). They quickly serviced my car in less than a hour, and I was a happy camper.
The Best This is a really great place. Reliable, quick, and efficient. The customer service is beyond wonderful. I will continue to give them my business!

Friendly On a morning when I really needed to get to the office early, I found my car's battery was dead. My auto club came quickly and jump started the car. Meanwhile, I had called a local shop to see if they could replace the battery for me. They couldn't but they recommended Dennis Road Automotive. I went there and was very pleasantly surprised! Dennis Rd is an excellent car shop I've been going there for about 3 years, and I've always been happy with the service and prices. To the reviewer below: Why is it "obvious" that the 'Kim' review is done by a friend? It looks like an ordinary review to me. The only thing thats obvious here is that these bad reviews were written by the same person. My advice to you, "Vick", is to not enter any spelling bees...or any second-grade writing contests.

Honest Auto Repair North Dallas I have been to many auto repair shops in the DFW area. Most were OK, but when I took my husband's 96 Chevy z-71 to Dennis Road, I was the most satisfied I have been in years with an auto repair shop. Limped in Our vehicle had issues and we limped into this shop late in the afternoon and without knowing us the service manager did a great job of taking care of us and did it with grace and a smile. We can not say how much we appreciated the service and care we received.
