nice job I love these guys....finally a place that your car can call a second home. Dealerships may come and go however Dennis Auto will be there for you and your car. great service The crew is awesome. I trust them with all of the cars in the family. Always get the service done same day and at a great price. They even informed me of a warranty issue that could have cost hundreds of dollars.

Happy camper This place is honest, cheap, and friendly. As I pulled up onto the lot, I was greeted right away, and asked what was the problem with my car. I already knew what was wrong with my car. since I had gone to other places and checked online what was the problem with the place. They offered the lowest price that all the other competitors had, and didn't try to sell me anything else. (there was something wrong with my brakes). They quickly serviced my car in less than a hour, and I was a happy camper.
Limped in Our vehicle had issues and we limped into this shop late in the afternoon and without knowing us the service manager did a great job of taking care of us and did it with grace and a smile. We can not say how much we appreciated the service and care we received.
Good job Dennis Automotive really trained their service men in customer service. It is definitely their number one priority. They are very thorough in making sure that they find all of the problems so that you do not have to keep coming to the shop. They are very honest and trustworthy.
The truth My Dad was taking his car here when Royal Lane was North Dallas. I have been in and out of this shop with my cars, my kids cars, my wife's car, and referred them to many of my friends. Many of my single women friends go back because Chris always tells them the truth, doesn't overcharge, and does what he says is going to do.
