Have an appointment scheduled, arrive 12 minutes early, check in, and wait..... appointment time comes and goes, 15 minutes past, 30 minutes past, at this point I go up and ask. I've been here 42 minutes and have other things to do. We understand, your the next in queue, then 4 more people go ahead of me. At an hour I go to the reception and ask for refund of Co Pay and cancel apt. If this is how they run office what kind of care are you going to get. Never saw Dr. so can't really rate.

Hi there. Collegeville again. I forgot to mention that one day we finally got into the exam room and my husband was asked for a urine sample. He replied that he couldn't because he had waited so long in the waiting room that he had had to relieve himself just before being called to the back. The nurse said "Okay, that's fine." That afternoon, Dr. Braun's portal report on the visit showed a urinalysis--even had a PH number!

I wrote a review just the other day , I will review it once again. Dr Braun did a simple procedure on my husband, relocating a catheter from the penis to the belly. Long story short, it was inserted incorrectly. Had to be reinserted by Dr, Rosenthal a few days later with much pain for this poor guy. Still isn't right. We will see what happens tomorrow, an emergency call will go to dr. Rosenthal. Will he return it? You never feel important to them. Will let you know... T

I also found Dr. Braun to be dismissive with my concerns before and after my surgery. He also had poor bedside manners and spoke condescendingly towards me. I sure wish I had done more research before I let him operate on me. I still think he messed up and i was not at all happy with my surgery results.

I have been seeing Dr Braun for about 20 yrs. I'm very happy with his thorough exams, treatment, and concern for my well being. He listens and explains what is going on with my symptoms. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to get you in quickly if you need a "sick" visit

I have told many people to avoid this man like the plague. His bedside manner leaves much to be desired. He should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Dr. Braun was very clear about what the procedure involved and in the explanation of diagnosis. His "bedside manner" was compassionate & efficient, and the office staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I saw Dr. Braun in the hospital and in his office. In both settings he seemed to be disinterested and "phoning it in". He seemed more eager to get out and play golf or shmooze with the office staff than to provide help. He was dismissive and sarcastic and provided little in the way of suggestions, guidance or reassurance. I would not recommend him, nor am I going back to see him.

after several visits and numerous procedures, the doctor refused to review any of the medical tests he had performed. When I asked him to review my urine test, he refused and told me he was busy and had other patients to see, told me I am not dying and walk. I called my family doctor to review this response, turns out I had a urinary tract infection which was event on my dip stick. Also the bathrooms are filthy dirty.. I would never go to this office again, for any reason.
