He was very polite and professional.
Prepare to wait 45- 50 minutes just to be seen and when Dr Braun finally comes in the room, expect to be dismissed, shushed and spoken to condescendingly. His behavior towards his patients is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend him!
Each time I have been scheduled within 2-4 weeks, waited less than 15 minutes and Dr. Braun was excellent in his diagnosis. I was never kept more than necessary past my appointment time and given all that doctors, nurses and staff must do on a daily basis, coupled with PPE that was not an issue 3 years ago, there is nothing but positive things I can say about MidAtlantic Urology. Sounds like some of these people saw a different Dr. than my husband. I won’t go into details, my husband passed away after surgery. This Dr is very cold & I would never recommend him.
HIS KNOWLEDGE AND PERFORMANCE ARE SPECTACULAR......VERY PERSONABLE AND DOWN TO EARTH...
Have an appointment scheduled, arrive 12 minutes early, check in, and wait..... appointment time comes and goes, 15 minutes past, 30 minutes past, at this point I go up and ask. I've been here 42 minutes and have other things to do. We understand, your the next in queue, then 4 more people go ahead of me. At an hour I go to the reception and ask for refund of Co Pay and cancel apt. If this is how they run office what kind of care are you going to get. Never saw Dr. so can't really rate.
Hi there. Collegeville again. I forgot to mention that one day we finally got into the exam room and my husband was asked for a urine sample. He replied that he couldn't because he had waited so long in the waiting room that he had had to relieve himself just before being called to the back. The nurse said "Okay, that's fine." That afternoon, Dr. Braun's portal report on the visit showed a urinalysis--even had a PH number!
I wrote a review just the other day , I will review it once again. Dr Braun did a simple procedure on my husband, relocating a catheter from the penis to the belly. Long story short, it was inserted incorrectly. Had to be reinserted by Dr, Rosenthal a few days later with much pain for this poor guy. Still isn't right. We will see what happens tomorrow, an emergency call will go to dr. Rosenthal. Will he return it? You never feel important to them. Will let you know... T
I also found Dr. Braun to be dismissive with my concerns before and after my surgery. He also had poor bedside manners and spoke condescendingly towards me. I sure wish I had done more research before I let him operate on me. I still think he messed up and i was not at all happy with my surgery results.
