I would like to share my experience with my home purchase, closed on 2-1-24. Active duty military member here, little time to transition or take on any large home projects. Closed on our house yesterday. The buyer's agent, Dennis Powell somehow got confused on the home warranty situation. The title calls me at work asking about it, I have to call my agent who's on vacation so he can take care of this non-issue. So Dennis held up the closing, which to the point where the buyer's lender CCCU was late on the wire transfer for the payoff. This in turn, caused the title company to wire the next day--today.
