I called for help with a sewage smell in my basement. Every time I called I talked to a different person who had no idea about any previous conversations or work done on the issue. Appointments were made that weren’t kept. When they finally came to take a look not only did they not solve the original issue but they cut pipe and left a mess everywhere, left the newly cut vent pipe open so I now also have odors from the sink, and charged me over $200.
