Not a great listener and rude nurse. Have placed several calls trying to get a short term disability report for my husband to collect $4000. Nurse I spoke to was rude and stated that Dr would not fill it out because people are able to go back to work and why wasn't he back to work. I tried to explain to nurse that this was for back pay not future and they still said no. Was supposed to return paperwork to Ord hospital but they left town and didn't bring it with them. I fell and shattered my elbow April 2024. Dr. McGowan took the time to get it somewhat usable. He did many surgeries to get it where it is today. I'm looking forward to having some reconstructive surgery done on it that I may have more movement. I am so thankful that Dr. McGowan was on call when I was taken from Ogallala to Kearney. His staff is amazing.
