Dr. Nagata is a very good dentist. He lets you know all of your options and has professional manner and is highly qualified. I highly recommend him for complicated procedures like the one I had. I am very happy with the results of my full mouth All-On-4 top and bottom teeth replacements.
Dr. Nagata is the best! I have had many dental procedures and was needing much more and was never happy with the look of my natural teeth. I live on Kauai and just never found a good dentist. This is why I am so happy to have found Dr. Nagata. I had all of my existing teeth extracted and went with the All On 4 implants for upper and lower teeth. I get many complements on my teeth now. I would recommend Dr. Nagato to anyone who is looking for a great dentist. It was worth my traveling to Oahu from Kauai for these procedures.
very expensive, crown did not fit, did not care about toothache
Very impatient when you tell him something doesn't feel right. Appears to get frustrated when you ask to many questions.
very plesant dentist. great chair-side manners, wonderful staff. Talks with customers about insurance help, steps to take in restoring my teeth to where I feel comfortable to move at MY pace rather than at his pace. During my last military deployment, an Army dentist called another dentist into the exam room to look at my teeth. I thought something was wrong...instead they were "admiring" my dental work and asked who the dentist was. I was very pleased! Good job Doc!
Dr. Nagata seems very impersonal. Seems to be unreachable for questions after completing a procedure. Quickly jumping to the next patient. You have to have all your concerns addressed by his staffs that then have to relay it back to him at a later time. You are left wondering if he gets it or even understand fully what the problem is. He didn't have time to listen to concerns carefully. Production line of patients waiting. Bottom line redid bridge four times and never got it right.
