STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Wife was referred to these people two weeks ago. After one week, called and received no concern or help. The person I spoke with stated they were still checking with insurance: not. Called our insurance today (BCBS) and they have no record of phone calls, emails, or other automated requests from this office. When a loved one is in pain, you just want it to stop. Dr. Marcelo is a pain management wizard. A highly professional anesthesiologist that actually LISTENS. He is gentle, explains all procedures in understandable sentences. His entire staff treat me so kindly and gently. All the procedures I have had done at his clinic have helped me live… I was suicidal before he treated me. I’m grateful for his practice and his professionalism and his kind staff.
