Overwhelmed and cavalier about patients health. Rapidly changed blood pressure medications, leading to cardiovascular complications. Does not give enough time to patients during regular physical exam. Did not detect/address wax build up in ear, until the audiologist refused a hearing test. Arch health also has a very crappy online portal, medication lists, test results are not updated and readily available.
I had my first appt with Dr. Mamaril on 5/30/24. He appears to be competent physician - but overwhelmed! He told me he'd want to see me again in 3 weeks. The medical group (Arch Health) he's part of is having communication difficulties, and I've been unable to reach his office for the next appt for the past 10 days. I've waited on "hold" for periods ranging up to 45 minutes without success. The message says one can always come to their office to make an appt. Ridiculous! Dr. Dennis Mamaril is harsh the way he comes at the patient Dr Mamaril Needs to be more caring and Sensitive with his patience needs . And some of the things he says come off very rude and Sarcastic . It’s horrible the way he makes people feel inside . People come to you for help and you make them feel worse then when they came in . I don’t like writing bad reviews but this doctor needs to be looked closely by the people that hired him at arch health medical group .
