I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
