Dr. Roman couldn't be any more wonderful! He's the best at his practice, he's thorough, patient, and listens well to your explanation for your visit. I take both our boys there (one of which USED to be terrified of dentists, until starting to see Dr. Roman that is), and now my husband and father-in-law go there, too. I highly recommend Dr. Roman!
The initial visit was fine, but when I was less than 5 minutes late for my follow up appointment, they tried to charge me a fee of $ 250.00 which is ridiculous. Since then, I have appealed to his sense of reason, but he obviously doesn't have one as this is still on my credit report and he has added fees and interest so they claim I owe them $599.00 now which they will never get. They tried to guilt me into paying it saying my credit will suffer, but even with the bad mark, it is over 700.
