I love the way he interacts with the children and his knowledge of their conditions and treatment.
I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
