If you're getting a shoulder replacement, he is your guy. Way exceeded my expectations. I could tell he cared the first time he shook my hand. Very little discomfort, went to mild during therapy. Can't express enough what a great job I feel he did. Also never waited long during visits in Robinson
Got a new shoulder on January 31 and things couldn’t have gone better. Dr. Phillips and his entire team were completely professional while maintaining a reassuring demeanor in all interactions. Dr Phillips himself is easy to talk to, answers questions in a down to earth manner and even called personally on a Sunday after surgery to make sure all was well. If allowed I would give 10 stars.
Tore my right shoulder labrum ~2005 and dealt with it until 2018 when I couldn't deal with the pain anymore. Went to see Dr. Phillips at the recommendation of a physician within the network. I'm now 4 years out and couldn't be happier. I have full range of motion and strength in my right shoulder. I can perform essentially all athletic tasks with zero symptoms. I haven't had this level of comfort using my shoulder since I was 18 years old. Very happy with the care I received from Dr. Phillips. Highly recommend his service.
Dr Phillips, Lauren and the office staff are fantastic! I had surgery and Lauren and Dr Phillips were the best! Thank you to both of them!
