My experience with Dr. Hammond has been life changing! Years ago I had breast enhancement done by a different doctor. I had a consult back in August 2021. I was told at appointment I was all set when I went to pay there was no charge. Now in April 2022, they have a new office manager Tanya who has taken over and decided that I am not all set? Being sent to collections over money I do not owe. Bad business practices/customer service.
Dr. Hammond completed Liposuction on my chin and neck as well as Breast Augmentation. Dr. Hammond and his staff immediately made me feel comfortable and well informed during my first consultation. I left with a 3-D program on my phone that showed me exactly what I would look like. All of the office staff were extremely helpful answering all of questions. Dr. Hammond performed my reconstruction after a double mastectomy. He did a wonderful job. I could not be more pleased with the final result. He is very knowledgeable. His staff were helpful as well.
I came to Dr. Hammond’s office after a bilateral mastectomy and a very unsatisfactory reconstruction surgery done elsewhere. I researched extensively for best breast reconstruction surgeons in the Midwest. I was willing to travel to find the best of care. Dr. Hammond performed a complete revision in 2016.
