I was sent to Dr Crandall by Workmans Comp. He is soft spoken and pretends to be attentive. So, I beared my sole and explained the pain and my suffering to him. Three other Neurosurgeons , one of them being Dr Hott, reported that I require cervical spine fusion. I'm in so much pain that I can barely get out of bed and I get headaches that are unbearable. The MRIs don't lie. They show herniated discs but Dr Crandall ignored all the test results and reported back to workmans comp nothing wrong.

I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses I told Dr. Crandall prior to scheduling surgery on my neck that I would not take blood transfusions. He said he would respect my wishes and us a cell salvage on me to conserve blood loss. But, the day of surgery as they where wheeling me into the operating room, they told me I had to sign a form allowing him to give me a blood transfusion in case "he needed it to save my life." I said I would not sign it . So Dr. Crandall cancelled the surgery right then.

He was very patient with me. I felt very confident in him. His PA Claire is absolutely wonderful. Katherine goes above and beyond any MA I have ever met. Lori(surg. Scheduler) was so patient and very helpful. He has the BEST staff ever!!!!

I had been suffering for years with folks telling me all kinds of things. I went to pain treatment for PT, nerve blocks, nerve oblations etc.... It was not enjoyable or possible to even get up in the morning sometimes.
