I would not recommend Dennis Dillon to anyone looking for reliable service or customer care after a purchase. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for support, no one called us back. It took six weeks of persistent effort just to speak with someone, and when we finally did, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive.
My husband and I purchased a new pickup in 2013. 2012 Dodge Ram Power Wagon with 41 miles on it, and we bought a lifetime warranty from Mopar. At the end of April 2021 my husband was driving it on the Interstate when the transmission went out of it, it was stuck in 4th gear he said. The warranty will cover this to be fixed. He drove it to Dennis Dillon Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Caldwell Idaho as it was the closest dealership with a shop, I picked him up and his passengers. Slick Billy in sales wants to charge $350 for "Documents Processing Charges" alone for a vehicle purchase. Never heard of a dealer charging more than $85 for any vehicle. Is this even legal? BEWARE of this dealership.
