The people I have had the pleasure to work with at this firm are indeed some of the nicest that I have ever worked with over the years. Suzan is exceedingly competent in her field and an all around great person. Highly recommend.
Do not hire this tax provider. They will not be responsive and they will not deliver the agreed upon scope of services on time, but they will still try to bill you. Save yourself the stress and avoid this tax preparer. There are plenty of reliable preparers out there, this is not one of them.
I have been a client for over 4 years now, and the whole team has always been so supportive, professional and timely in responding to my endless tax questions. Suzan has been absolutely a delight to work with and is so knowledgeable on the ins and outs of taxes. Taxes can be tricky and extremely frustrating, but at least Suzan makes it so much easier to understand and takes the tax stress away! I have been recommending them to my entire family and friends!
Left several phone messages for Ben and he never returned my call. When I called him for a 3rd time and asked him why he didn't bother to return my phone call he hung up on me, not at all professional.
