Excellent work and demeanor. Would highly recommend.
Met with Dr. Chong to discuss my health matter. He is a great listener, asks great questions and will be following up with me once the test results are in. I would strongly recommend Dr. Chong.
Surgery was good (Hernia removed). However, follow up office visit was basically a waste of time. Dr C did basically nothing and only his assistant removed bandages. I could have done that myself.
The office experience was very professional and organized. I arrived at my appointment a little early as requested to fill out some paperwork and my wait time was minimal. I met with a medical student - and was asked if that was acceptable. He saw me and then Dr Ching came into the exam room. He explained everything thoroughly and also suggested doing some preventative procedures while we were in surgery. I appreciated this very much .
Fine and carrying surgeon. Good bedside manner.
