I called 6/4 to ask if the Dr. was accepting new patients, the woman took my information as said someone would be back to me shortly. Today is 6/12 and I just called the office was told to hold and after a short wait another woman came on the line asked what I needed then put me on another short hold just to tell me me No, the Dr. is not accepting new patients. I tried to ask why no one had contacted me yet but before I could finish the sentence she abruptly told me to hold. I hung up. RUDE.
