Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Absolutely Does this provider remember you by name? Always Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely!

Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Yes Did the Dentist's staff seem friendly and welcoming to you? Yes Did you feel that your appointment with the Dentist was worth it? Absolutely Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Very good

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment

Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
