It has been about a week since I first contacted the company regarding a problem with my newly installed HVAC unit. I've called four or more times requesting that someone come inspect the installation, as it appears the air duct may not be properly connected. The attic area where the new unit was installed is nice and cool, but the rest of the house remains uncomfortably warm. I called Denney Mechanical for service when the heat would not come on in my gas HVAC unit. Francisco came to look at it and immediately could tell what the issue was. A part needed to be ordered so he came back the next day and installed it and I have heat now. He is a nice young man and very polite. I will always recommend Denney Mechanical to anyone searching for a reputable company.
