Don't recommend any outside contractors to do any work for them it's a pain to get the money if you even get it and very poor communication
If a lease expires 10/31... rent is paid for november... letter saying not renewing the lease have until 1/6... then 2 days later... have to be out by 12/13??? NO WONDER YOUR YELP IS ONE STAR! HEARTLESS PEOPLE!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYTHING TO DO WITH DENIZEN MANAGEMNT!!
I would never recommend this place to anyone. carriage hill is a mess. the apartment gm is also the maintenance guy because apparently the company wont hire another person. if you are expecting to get an answer to any phone calls dont bother. wont return your calls. will sit in the office and watch you call and not answer. I've sat in my car looking through the window when I call and watched him look at the phone ringing and not answer it. if I could give a negative rating I would.
This company thinks it is appropriate to dump trash in the grass, and destroy yhe property. This is disgusting behavior.
I live in Winchester Crossing and ever since Denizen took over I’ve had nothing but worse issues. Ignore the google reviews because there are multiple issues in with this property. My next door neighbor had mold and it spread into my unit , I have two young children. Second issue are field mice , management swears by mouse traps. After the first few incidents with me and other residents an exterminator should have been called ! The rental rates are so much for us to receive the bare minimum. Denizen Management in Toledo OH Beacon Place Apartments is beyond poor and pathetic. I would not recommend this disgusting place to an enemy if I had any. Your lazy, lying office manager and maintenance "person" reflect very poorly on your "team". There should be an Extremely Poor star because that would more accurately describe your apartments and management.
