The properties in Cincinnati Ohio are managed very very poorly. Money paid to rent has gone to other renters and the management in the offices are never there. The posted times management will be in on the door are never correct. We live in king properties and their is literally no one to manage this complex since Denizen took over. Our broiler broke and the 3rd floor has no heat for the last 3 days. And it has been below freezing every night. The worst ever and don't get me started about the big infestation.
I live in an apartment that is strong arming people into staying the apartments. You have to give a 60day notice. They keep changing the rules. They don't come out when you call. I was told to give a 60 notice instead of the 30 day notice I was initiated when I first signed up. The management is beyond RUDE. IT'S DISGUSTING. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU CAN'T MOVE WHEN YOUR LEASE IS UP. I ALSO DON'T GET WHY YOU HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE RENT TO BREAK A LEASE. I hate that they blow you off. Great company and amazing staff!
Magnolia Point in Eastgate Ohio is riddled with roaches. unfriendly management whom do not answer phones or emails. dumpsters overflowing and parking lot is littered with shopping carts. wish I could post my pictures of the bug problem.
Currently live in Nottingham court apartments in plattsmouth. Nice place, manager is a very sweet lady. Easy to get a hold of. She takes good care of the place.
