Verified Renter My stay at Cortland has been great so far. I lost my dog the first month I moved in and they were very responsive in adjusting my lease to remove my monthly pet rent. The apartments are clean and well kept and the community continues to maintain the upkeep of the fire alarm system, controlled access to the building, and other safety features. The community feels safe and the staff are responsive and helpful.

Verified Renter Horrible management. Extremely incompetent or negligent. If you don't mind getting packages and property stolen, or if you yourself are a thief, this is the place for you!
Verified Renter Great location, super friendly staff! The building is regularly cleaned and I’ve never had an issue with the elevators.
