During my 12 weeks treatment due to a MVA, Dr Radhika was extremely helpful. She explained every problem I had and showed me ways/exercise in order to sooth my neck and back pain. During the treatment, we chatted and laughed and this made me relaxed and forgot about my pain. Mary Ann, the receptionist always greeted me with a big smile. The technician who set up the ultrasound therapy for me asked me how i felt about the pain. Overall they are super nice and caring in all ways.
I have been receiving treatment with Dr. Radhika and her team for a couple of months and have seen great improvements in my strength and mobility. The entire staff at the clinic are friendly and incredibly competent at what they do. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I am 99% satisfied with their treatment. I came with elbow pain and not able to keep to straight but now I am able to fully straighten my elbow. Dr. Radhika and Navleen they did really good job with good hands on . Front desk Mary Ann is also very cooperative. Thank you
Start from reception: a great welcoming gesture provided by Marian, she is always helpful in terms of rescheduling and communication. Assistant therapist : A good knowledgeable physiotherapist and strong massager of lower back pain, she is very friendly and very responsive personality. Dr. Radhika : she is highly intelligent chiropractor with 20 years of experience and she had an excellent knowledge of body anatomy, she always treated me well when I was there.
