Car got vandalized in the parking lot
On 12/13/2025 around 3:15 pm, two Black male parking attendants were working in front of the JCPenney lifts. My friend was driving and mistakenly passed the ticket booth slightly, thinking it was like the North Garage where the ticket is inside. She stopped just before the lift when I told her to. We apologized, explaining that we didn’t intend to bypass paying and that our car window couldn’t roll down, so we had to get out to grab the ticket due to narrow space. Even though we haven't used the parking lot, our credit card has been charged for the past three months. They won't cancel it. We've called dozens of times, but we haven't been able to cancel it. I haven't been in the parking lot for three months because I no longer work there. They don't even deserve a star…!
Lifts are constantly broken. I’ve been paying to park in this lot for 5 years, and again today the gate wouldn’t open so I called for assistance and got an employee refused to come help, telling me to “deal with it” and then he hung up and refused to answer the emergency help line to assist. This was Sunday 6/1 at 540pm.
