On 12/13/2025 around 3:15 pm, two Black male parking attendants were working in front of the JCPenney lifts. My friend was driving and mistakenly passed the ticket booth slightly, thinking it was like the North Garage where the ticket is inside. She stopped just before the lift when I told her to. We apologized, explaining that we didn’t intend to bypass paying and that our car window couldn’t roll down, so we had to get out to grab the ticket due to narrow space.
