No idea how they have so many five star reviews. Terrible. Awful. Horrible. Expensive. Don't let you know when glasses are behind. So customer service is bad. Had to call them, heard 7-10 days 3 times. Ridiculous. Cost 650$ for two pairs of progressive plain lens brought own frames! Pricy!!! Nice people. But nothing else going for em.
Dr. Herron is a wonderful optometrist and a nice person, her staff, however, is the worst I have ever encountered. Customer and patient service is not existent. I had a 10:30 appointment, arrived at 10:15 my estimated time to see Dr. Herron was 12:30, then the exam then the glasses. Unless you have all day to waste, don't go there. And, worst of all the staff does not give a dam
