I was lucky enough to see Ken (don't have his last name) who was at the Northcliff Office in Spring Hill. What a delight. To say I got an education is an understatement. Ken is professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and spent a great deal of time going over any and everything he thought was important for me to know.
