Worse experience ever , left placenta after delivery knowing placenta was taken out in pieces by her . Did not bother to double check or performe and ultrasound until another doctor (different doctor ) stepped in (almost 4 hrs after delivering) and heared placenta was taken out in pieces and decided to take a look. Rushed me to an emergency D&C . Hemmorgaed after I am alive thanks to the other doctor . Had a massive hemmorage thanks to placenta being left inside from the beginning
