I would refrain from hiring Denise as the buyer’s agent. She will only show you properties that have the highest commission regardless of whether it’s your dream home or not. Her primary focus is her commission
Very knowledgeable agent, great service! Denise Stewart is extremely knowledgeable about the condo market in Pompano Beach. She provided us with online resources to start an initial selection of properties, and she set up showings at our convenience when we were in town. She and her husband were extremely helpful in the contract/negotiation stage, getting inspections done, and through completion of closing. We highly recommend Denise Stewart!
