Denise got the job done and did an amazing job. Was emphatic and wanted what was best for the child. Highly recommend
Do not use Denise. I have spent 5 years in court due to a misfiling of documents. Absolutely appalling 5 years later and not even an apology. A rookie mistake has cost me 5 years of both my life and visitation with my child.. not only that not even willing to hand files over to my new lawyer. Avoid at all costs. You'd be better off representing yourself
I signed up with this person who shortly after left the business. The service then left me with an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. I got a fair outcome without this service provider. I found a different service provider through researching similar cases like mine in jade.io, using keywords in family court judgements. First meeting, solicitor came across very aggressive. Stated would file a an acting of service letter. Then to have to reply to an affidavit two weeks later and canceled acting. Very aggressive solicitor, unprofessional conduct as per legal conduct guidelines. Showed little empathy and compassion, seemed to have a pre bias.
I got Denise Rieniets & Associates picked out by legal Aid to represent me for family court and did an awesome job and is still doing great work. I would highly recommend them for family court. Thank you for all your hard work guys
