We had to put our beautiful cat put down due to cancer. The staff was very supportive, and professional. They explained all options and the procedure for each and made sure that we understood everything. They were patient and even made me an emergency appointment with little notice. The receptionist Angie at the front desk is the best. She made us feel at home there and worked really hard to get us what we needed. I cant express how wonderful the dr and staff were with my Charlie ..they explained their concerns and the treatments that they recommend and worked with my budget so that Charlie would get all he needed ! They loved on him and he was so comfortable there ! Thank you all so much !!
Dr Radford and all her staff are amazing!! She has been taking care of our two fur babies for a while now. We recently had an emergency and I called them close to closing time. Sweet Angie answered and I told her the situation. She went to Dr Radford who said bring her now. Angie even called me on my way to make sure I was okay. Dr Radford was waiting and took such wonderful care of our senior girl. I cannot rave enough about you and your amazing staff. This is the place to go to get not only your normal pets like cats and dogs but also exotic animals like my Rio to get checked out. You have an amazing team that loves what they do for all animals and I cannot thank you enough.
Wonderful, caring staff that also seems to be really competently administrated with clear, easy-to-understand billing and doctor's notes. This is a great veterinary hospital!
