Tremendous amount of respect for her expertise. Explains conditions well. Patient and very caring! I would recommend Dr. Dudley.
I went in for Cataract surgery for both eyes, my eyesight is worse now than it was before. My wife had asked Dr Dudley if I was a good candidate for the trifocal lenses and she said 'he sure is'. I do not believe that the lens choice was the right one in my case. I now have blurry vision, floaters etc. When I returned for my follow up visits and complained about it she told me that she hadn't promised me 20 year old eyes.
I would not recommend Dr. Denise Dudley to anyone for catarct surgery. She performed catarct surgery on both of my eyes. The first eye surgery went well and I was pleased. However, the second catarct surgery, on the other eye, has left me with permanent severe double vision for life, huge nightime halos leaving me unable to drive after dusk, and the loss of my distance vision. These will never return. It was mentioned by another surgeon in the office, that there may have been a mismeasuremet of the second lens. However, Dr. ... read more
I have had many visits with Dr.Dudley, including recent cataract surgery. She is an excellent surgeon, with extensive training and experience. Dr. Dudley has many patients, but she manages her time very well. She won't tell you about her dog or her garden or her last vacation, but she listens well and gives very careful explanations. I have never felt that she was in a rush to get to the next patient. I have never had long waiting times, and the office staff and technicians are all friendly and efficient. I am honored to hav... read more
Agree with others. Think she is competent but sees her patients as medical problems/conditions, not people. and doesn't close visit with any summary; just walks out!
Dr. Dudley at Northwest Eye Clinic is hands down the rudest doctor I have ever had to experience. I clearly must have caught her on a bad day (and if her recent Health Grades reviews are any indication, that is apparently every day). Expect to wait at least an hour and half in her waiting room because she overbooks her appointments, only to be talked down to, dismissed and given a superficial examination by her for 5 minutes. She did not introduce herself or say hello when coming into the room, did not answer one question, a... read more
I like Dr. Dudley and she presents as skilled, qualified and professional, but I confess to being a little shocked every time she leaves the room without the tiniest hint of goodbye. So thanks to VCTrudell's comment. All this time I thought it was just me. ;)
Seems to hate her job. Impolite. Seems "rushed."
Rushed. Condescending. Didn’t even say goodby just left the room. Had a problem she couldn’t fix but gave me no information about it.
