Unprofessional office. Joined their smile club which allows X-rays and 2 cleanings for my daughter prepaid.. I continually reached out to the office to prepare for the business to assure no more cost would be incurred when my daughter showed up. When she showed up they would give her the second cleaning and said she needed to pay for X-rays. They harassed and embarrassed her until she walked out. ******, The smile club is a year long program offered as you are aware. Unfortunately your daughter was 8 months past due, she had several appointments made and cancelled, It expired. There was no embarrassment. We offered you a discount but you insisted to have additional services for free or you would slander my office online. You had also been a happy patient and probably still would if you had not relocated to Florida. I am sorry that this is upsetting. Dr. Denise
RecommendedThe Friday before Christmas a family member had an urgent dental issue. While not typically a condition that qualifies as an emergency, it was a particularly urgent matter because of planned international travel within the week, and we were having trouble identifying dental practices that were open during the holiday week. If I could give a zero star rating I would....just make sure that you agree with everything he does before he has your mouth open and jammed with tools. I went in for a root canal and came out with a $2800 dollar bill. He's a shister. He will perform a bunch of test that are not related to the issue at hand. Did he really need to perform numerous intraoral exams (A complete series (D0210) is inclusive of bitewings, but bitewings are not necessarily required. The complete series is intraoral. A complete series (D0210) is most... read more

Stumbled into his father's Bowie office three years ago and was referred to his son, Jason, and who had his own practice in Annapolis. Didn't take any time to become a patient of Dr. Jason Denise and his amazing staff. I continue to be a patient and see no reason to look elsewhere.
