I went in for a pinched nerve on my C4-C5 (cervical spine) with an external referral from my physical medicine doctor at PAMF. Denise has been amazing for my prenatal and postpartum experiences. I started going to her at 35 weeks to help prepare for labor. TL;DR I had a very smooth, natural labor and delivery as a first time mom and only one 1st degree tear that did not require stitches. Denise is one big reason as to why I had such a positive birth experience. My urologist referred me to Denise Alberto, telling me that PT would be a good idea in addition to the (expensive) medication she'd prescribed for me. I was reluctant, but I am SO happy that I got in touch with Denise.
