I feel very lucky that Dr Aamodt has been my primary care physician for the past 16 years first at Lovelace and now at Optum. She's professional, knowledgeable , caring and listens to me.
Very disappointed in the level of care my mother is getting. We have requested to speak with the staff or doctor about the dangerous mix of medications, and we continue to be ignored. This isn't standard practice for a primary care doctor. We were told that a patient care specialist would reach out to us, and they have not.
