Dr. Hoasjoe was very professional and informative but his office staff and billing practices are horrible. This is the only medical facility I have ever been to that refuses to give you an itemized bill . When I asked for one I was told that I needed to look it up on my explanation of benefits through my insurance company. They do not send bills. If I wanted a detailed bill I was to pay $25 for it. I had to have my United healthcare insurance agent intervene.
Dr. Hoasjoe is very experienced in his profession and I felt very confident with his diagnosis. Staff friendly and professions.
