Has been my primary Dr for over 15 years. She is very patience and kind. I appreciate her down to earth professional manner.
I love Dr. Helm's bedside manner. She's always respectful, and considerate. Never rushes you during visits like some doctors. However, she's never available for sick visits. I'm not sure how they're running that office, but not every illness requires the ER! Not to mention, thats very expensive!
This doctor act like she cares but she has her own agenda for your health. I was at this office twice the doctor mocked me and pressured me this doctor is a joke and I think she is a jerk. She hurt my feelings she is not friendly at all. She is a big joke!!!
Dr. Helm is a great doctor and she really cares about all her patients . I love the practice and everyone always has a smile on their face.I remember one time she was on vacation and I was sick and I called the office after hours and had to speak with the doctor on call, When Dr. Helm returned from her vacation she called me at home to check on me . I thought that was great customer service .
