These guys didn't even check the obvious stuff like opening all windows. I bought a house in Avon, OH and mistakenly trusted these guys to do an inspection. They missed leaks, mold, broken windows, massive cracks... Cost me over $5,000 to fix things I would have asked for a seller credit for... I would NOT recommend...I assume all the 5 star reviews here are from realtors who choose these guys because they are cheap.

I can't imagine how anyone could do a better inspection. He was thorough, showed me points of concern and what would need to be done to fix them, and had the report sent in 24 hrs. The report had great pictures and was easy to understand. Highly recommend.
Very thorough inspection. Giovanni took his time and was good with clarifying everything, was able to get the appointment set within a few days of calling. Also recieved our detailed report by the next day. Highly recommend.
