Santana is quite nice, but every single prescription and referral and imaging order has been messed up by this office, delaying care in completely unacceptable ways. I spend hours a week dealing with the issues they cause. They also NEVER answer their phone. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and a half today trying to get hold of their office to sort out another of their mistakes. Find somewhere else.
My experience with this ANRP was very disappointing. I felt that she was dismissive and inattentive during my visit. Additionally, I perceived a lack of professionalism in how I was treated as an LGBTQ community member. I would not recommend this provider based on my personal experience. If I could give no stars I would, she's not worth one star.
I like Santana and we have been with her a few years, so it’s unfortunate to give a terrible review but the experience of being a patient is awful. I end up on hold for hours trying to call for an appt. It takes weeks to get in for an appt if you do finally get through to scheduling. They don’t respond to MyChart portal messages. Referrals aren’t sent following appts. Zero follow up when tests and labs are done - you just never receive results. I had my first appointment with Dr. Santana today . I feel very confident that I will be able to help me with my medical issues and I'm very grateful to be in her care !
NP Deneice Santana and her nursing staff are the epitome of medical professionalism. From the way they communicate to the thoroughness of their care, I always feel confident that I'm being heard and cared for like a family member. The attention to detail sets her apart from any other doctor or specialist I've ever seen. Thank you for setting yourself apart from the rest.
