Why does a reputable company like Denark mark a handicapped spot, which are at a premium in downtown Knoxville, as “no parking,” thus denying a 91 year old easy access? It appears the parking spot wasn’t being used to load or unload, but it did appear that a Denark employee was using it to park his personal vehicle in front of the downtown YWCA, which Denark is rehabbing. And he had no handicapped designation visible. Why is this allowed? Photos of the vehicle in question. Shame on Denark.
