Denaeyer came recommended to us from a property manager. They replaced a residential air conditioner and also installed a heat pump for climate control in a finished loft in our home. They have since attended for an unrelated furnace service call - they found and repaired the problem efficiently. I have used DeNaeyer Mechanical for over 35 years. Their knowledge, commitment to customer service and professionalism are second to none. I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and neighbours.
Would not recommend contracting Denaeyer Mechanical for their services. The owner is narcissistic and egotistical. They will slam other local mechanics and contractors to make himself look good. 4 employees have left in the last 6 months because of his micromanaging and condescending approach. As of the beginning of December, Denaeyer was on hold from suppliers from purchasing parts due to not paying bills and employees pays were late in January.
Can’t find any better service than with Luke and his crew, if his crew can’t fix it you bet Luke is there to help you out.
We went with Denaeyer Mechanical for a couple jobs at a home we just purchased. We had them install a water softener and assess our furnace for a leak we noticed. The water softener was great - they came in, did the work, gave us some bags of salt to get started, and everything was very smooth. We actually had an issue with the water softener only a couple months later (at no fault of theirs). Within a days notice, they came back and replaced the whole unit at no additional cost - we were very impressed how quick they handle... read more
