Avoid working with these guys at any cost, after having Lukey and his gang show up 4 times to fix an ac unit on every visit the ac was left in a worse state than before prompting you to call Lukey as soon as the tech left the building. After calling a different HVAC company to work on the catastrophe Lukey and co did I can confidently say you'd be better off with a YouTube help video than these guys.
Used them twice for air conditioning both commercial and residential. About to use them a third time for a broken residential AC. They have always responded quickly and reasonably with repairs.
We used Denaeyer to supply and maintain two furnaces in our condo for 10 years. One of the best HVAC companies we have dealt with in all our time in Waterloo Region! We had a last minute furnace repair on the closing date of our condo sale which was a bit stress-inducing, but Luke, Kim, Tyler were fabulous! Luke and his team truly live and breathe a ‘customer first’ philosophy!
Denaeyer came recommended to us from a property manager. They replaced a residential air conditioner and also installed a heat pump for climate control in a finished loft in our home. They have since attended for an unrelated furnace service call - they found and repaired the problem efficiently.
