I want to thank the staff for the care they have to all my pets. but I especially want to thank them for the care and consideration they showed my yellow lab with addisons disease. they were helpful and kind the whole way through. We had to make the tough decision to put him down yesterday and I was blown away by the compassion shown by staff. ALL OF THE VETS AND STAFF ARE AMAZING TO WORK WITH! YOUR PET IS NOT JUST ANOTHER ACCOUNT HERE...THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY!
I have been bringing my two cats now and the cat I had before these two to Denherder. They are always very kind and professional. When my former cat passed away I even received a card signed by the staff. Last week one my girls didn't feel well and even in quarantine time I was still able to get my cat the care she needed. The doctor even called a few days later to check in!
The compassion this team shows for animals and their humans is incredible. They will do anything they can to do right by an animal. We drive quite a ways for them, and every time it is worth it. Can't recommend them enough!
At this difficult time with this Covaid I was so pleased and felt very at ease from the employee came to my car with a mask and gloves to get my Macy. The doctor spoke with me on the phone while he examined her and than she was brought back out to the car to me. Thank you I was so pleased to see us all doing our job to protect ourselves and others. ❤️
