This Airport sucks. Flights late, Dutyfree closed, drinks expensive, no Diners launch, BA Executive Club Restrooms dirty! Better book with other transfer sites!

Sara Lee sandwich shoppe in the B concourse is overpriced and food tastes like crap. Don't eat here.
If you fly united and have your boarding pass & don't need to check bags do not go to ticketing/check-in up stairs but follow signs to security/all gates. Usually shorter lines
