Whatever terminal Frontier operates out of has some of the worst food options. Head to Terminal B if you've got time for a somewhat decent meal.
Not only is the wifi poor, so is the ATT 3G network. Try dropping to 2G during peak usage times.
Frontier is the worst. Don't fly them if you don't have to!
